Our STORY
In 2004, Casanova Pizzeria was founded with the goal of becoming the best darn pizza in Boise, ID. Through the highest standards in food quality and customer service, Casanova Pizzeria quickly became a local favorite among pizza connoisseurs. And now in 2022, we are looking forward to doing it all over again.

Our hand-crafted pies are inspired by the traditional pizzerias of Naples, Italy; New Haven, CT; and New York City, NY. The dough is stretched by hand and topped with quality ingredients. The intense heat from our 700 degree oven fuses the toppings and creates a crisp yet chewy crust that is burnished brown, and sometimes blackened.
